LOUNGE, the one-storeyed one-storey house, transforms your living into your everyday joy. The house has three rooms that are designed to accommodate a young couple comfortably. However, the use of prefabricated houses does not know borders. LOUNGE 59 m2 can also be used for offices or workshops. A vaulted roof with wooden beams and an outdoor decorative wooden cladding make at first glance the unmatched style typical of this series. 

At the entrance to the house you will first enter a partially roofed terrace , great for your sitting with friends or family. Behind the front door you will find the largest room in the house, adapted for a living room connected with a fully equipped kitchen. On the right is the room, which by its location and dimensions is a clear choice for a bathroom with a toilet. From the bathroom to the right is a smaller room suitable for the bedroom.
 
 
  
The design is built from a SIP panel system that is recyclable. The individual panels consist of two OSB boards, including a layer of expanded polystyrene, which serves as a plate carrier and, in particular, as insulation. It is a material that greatly isolates heat, sound and resists fire and moisture.

Upon request, we are able to ensure that individual projects are delivered by the customer himself . In addition, we provide the construction of almost all houses from the largest project office, G-Service , which we are a partner of. We provide a complete service from the project to the realization of the construction of family houses on a turnkey basis.  
 
We will be happy to prepare the space for building your house, we will provide earthworks including connections. Alternatively, we can perform the finishing works and the necessary modifications of the terrain, as well as the laying of the interlocking pavement.
