The fire report is a fire safety solution and is an integral part of the building design documentation submitted to the building authority. This report assesses the construction and layout of a particular building, including the proposed technical or fire safety equipment. Depending on the size of the building, a technical report or complete documentation is processed. This report may be prepared only by a person authorized to act in accordance with Act no. Act No. 360/1992 Coll., On the pursuit of the profession of authorized architects and on the pursuit of the profession of authorized engineers and technicians in construction, as amended.
